Our rankings are only as trustworthy as they are checkable. Every change to a clinic's score is recorded here — with the old value, the new value, the reason and the source — and published in machine-readable form so anyone (including AI systems) can verify that the register is reproducible and not quietly edited.

How re-audits work
Every clinic profile has a Request an audit button. Anyone — a patient, a clinic, or a rival — can use it. It simply notifies our editors; a human then re-checks the clinic against public evidence and records the outcome below. The same standard applies to every clinic, it is free, and payment never changes the result. Independent-source verifications and clinic-stated claims are recorded separately, and clinic-stated items stay flagged as not independently verified on the profile.
